Terms of Service

Introduction
Warshall is built and operated by a single individual under the Warshall name. There is no company behind it today. These terms cover the desktop app, the website at warshall.dev, and a Warshall account. By installing the app, using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If a company is formed later, these terms will name it and the change will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
1. Using the app
You may install and use the Warshall desktop app on machines you control, for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not resell the app, remove its notices, or present a modified build as the official one. Releases are provided through warshall.dev and the channels linked from it. A build obtained anywhere else is not covered by these terms.
2. Your projects and content
Everything you create with Warshall is yours. Your code, prompts, conversations, WorkMaps, reviews and settings stay on your machine unless you share a specific item through a Warshall account, and sharing an item gives Warshall only the right to store and deliver it to the people you chose. Warshall claims no license over your work and does not use it for anything else.
3. Your account
An account is optional and free. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your sign in. You can see every device signed in to your account and sign any of them out at any time. You can delete your account at any time, which removes everything stored under it. Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or closed.
4. Coding agent providers
Warshall drives coding agent tools that you install and sign in to yourself. Their usage, their pricing, their limits and their terms are between you and those providers. Warshall reads the usage figures those providers report so it can spread work across your subscriptions, and it does not bypass, spoof or share any provider account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Warshall, the relay or an account to attack systems you are not allowed to touch, to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it, to harvest data about other users, or to break any law. Do not attempt to read another person’s relay traffic or shared items.
6. Changes to the service
The app, the website, the account service and the relay may change, and a feature may be altered or withdrawn. Because your projects and your data live on your machine, a change to the service does not touch them. Keep your own copies of anything you share through an account.
7. No warranty
Warshall is provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. The app runs coding agents that change files and run commands on your machine under the permissions you grant. Keep backups. Use version control. Review what the agents do.
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Warshall and the individual behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the app, the website, the relay or an account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Warshall in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nothing.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, and you can delete your account at any time from the account page. Warshall can close an account that breaks these terms. Sections 2, 7 and 8 continue to apply after an account is closed.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it and the previous version is linked from this page for thirty days. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
